Incorporation of, and advice to, oil and gas business entities, title examinations of mineral interests, leasehold and fee; drilling title opinions, including identification of title irregularities, interpretation of lease provisions, reservations and grants of oil and gas, type of mineral ownership, Dower and Curtsey; determination of necessity for curative documents and the preparation thereof; division orders; change of ownership opinions; and preparation of unit title opinions.
